Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

Please take a good look at all the images of your article and carefully read through the description before placing your order.  Articles shipped to you are in a perfect wearable state when they leave my house.  I refund unworn, damaged or incorrect items only.  Please note that any article which has been damaged during shipping can not be refunded.  

How to Return  

 

Please inform me before returning the article. The article must be returned to me within 5 days after reception, must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.  Any article returned in a worn or damaged state will not be refunded. I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods in case they are lost in transit. 


You will be refunded within 5 days after reception and inspection of the returned article.  Your return shipping or any additional costs will not be refunded.


 

 

Shipping

My parcels are shipped via the French postal service "La Poste Colissimo" which is realiable and traceable.  As shipping fees vary largely depending on size, weight and destination country, I will give you an exact price indication on your invoice before your payment.  

 

 

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

Please inform yourself of your country's policy on taxes and duties. Any taxes, duties, custom charges and other fees are at your expense.  

How to shop and pay

Why an invoice instead of a direct check-out payment?

  • You can ask me questions about an article before buying.

  • I can give you the exact shipping fee for the article(s) ordered.

How do you proceed?

  • Send me a message via "Contact", specifying which article(s) you would like to buy, and ask any questions you may have.

  • Once I have answered your questions, I will send you a detailed invoice including the shipping fees.

  • You can pay the invoice directly by clicking the PayPal button on the invoice (you do not need a PayPal account; you can pay directly with your credit card).  An unpaid invoice expires after 48 hours.  After this delay the article will be newly available in the shop.

  • Once I have received your payment,  your article will be shipped to the address given in your message within the next 5 business days.
